Adding, Removing, or Swapping Seats

Changes to the number of seats can be managed through the Seat Management Portal inside the Marketplace feature in HawkSoft. You can also email billing@hawksoft.com if you are unable to access Marketplace. Each change requests is subject to a $30 Transaction Fee. There is no limit to the number seats you can add, remove, or swap in a single change request.

After Hours Support Fee as defined in Section 6 of the Agreement

  • $150 / Hour (minimum of 1 hour)

Relocation Fee as defined in Section 6 of the Agreement

  • $150 / Hour

Backup Fee of Client Data

  • $0 (No cost)

Backup Fee of Client Data in SQL format — online hosting as defined in Section 8.5 of the Agreement

  • $400
  • Note that a no-cost, non-SQL format backup is available. This optional $400 fee is for Customers who desire the backup of Client Data in SQL format.

Late Payment Fee

  • $40 late fee to all balances over 30 days past credit terms and interest accruing at 12% per year.
