Features and Workflow
Our platform simplifies payments by allowing agents to provide a pay in full or premium financing option built right into checkout, eliminating all the back-and-forth work of figuring out how a customer wants to pay. We also automate carrier payables and commission payouts so after a policy has been sold, the agency receives commissions and does not have to deal with sending the premium to their wholesaler/carrier.
- Our integration allows policy and customer information to pulled directly into Ascend - generating a checkout link directly within HawkSoft.
- Agent can send this link direct to client and they can decide how they want to pay - pay in full or premium financed.
- Ascend will notify you when a policy has been purchased and will automatically handle payment reminders for any future upcoming payments.
- Post policy purchased, Ascend will net commissions to the agency, and automate the carrier payables so they do not need to fund the markets.
- Agents have full transparency within the Ascend dashboard where they can check the payment and funding status of all their policies.
