The data is owned by the agency. Pertinent section of our contract:
Subscriber retains all rights, title and interest in and to the Connected Third-Party Service Data. Subscriber hereby grants Adapt a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free and fully paid-up license to access and use Connected Third-Party service Data to provide the Adapt Services to Subscriber.
