About Hawk Software
Phil Frisbie, Jr. founded Hawk Software in 1997 as a way to promote his open source programming projects. Phil works full time for the California Department of Transportation as a Public Information Officer and web developer, but he still finds time to work on Hawk Software projects and to provide programming and website consulting.
